Run 12 & Running Rain

Run Twelve (Week 4, Day 3):

  • Stretched hips
  • Warm-up lunges
  • 5-minute warm-up walk
  • 1.5 minutes of running
  • 2 minutes of walking
  • repeat run/walk interval 8-times (30 minutes)
  • ran last walk interval!!!
  • drink water with Emergen-C
  • calf raises
  • sit-ups

Week 4 was just amazing. Friday’s run was in the rain which is one of my favorite things as long as I have my hat and/or sunglasses to keep the rain out of my eyes. I don’t know what Goldie Locks spot I hit this week, but it made me feel invincible and reminded me why I do enjoy running (on the occasion.)

Run Regrets:

I always have run regrets or little nagging things that tweak my brain while I run.

  • That I don’t have more week 4s in my life!
